Warranty And Return Policy


Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be uninstalled, unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging, including all original materials supplied with the item.

Warranty Policy

Vortex Turbo LLC offers a limited 1-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. All new and remanufactured units are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

Items covered under warranty are eligible for exchanges only. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanging your product.

Warranty Exclusions

Turbo actuator warranty is not covered by the following conditions:

  • improper installation or lack of proper maintenance
  • overheating due to lack of coolant or oil lubrication to the turbocharger
  • impact or puncture damage to housings
  • internal circuit board burns from pre-existing electrical conditions outside of the turbo actuator
  • presence of internal water/moisture damage to circuit board

Turbocharger warranty is not covered by the following conditions:

  • Any failures due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance of the vehicle, including the effects of overspeeding or overheating (insufficient lubrication, contaminated lubrication, lack of proper lubrication). 
  • Any failures caused by externally existing factors such as fire, collision, theft, or acts of nature.
  • Any failures caused by foreign objects entering the engine causing damage to the turbocharger.
  • Any failures caused by modifications to the turbocharger or vehicle, which were not authorized or performed by us.
  • Any failures caused by the use of improper fluids, fuels, or materials not recommended by the manufacturer.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the turbocharger at our discretion. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our warranty policy does not cover towing costs, labor costs, or costs to replace other parts of the vehicle in the event of damages.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you experience any problems with your turbocharger or actuator within the warranty period, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us immediately to inform us of the issue.

  2. Provide us with the invoice number, date of purchase, and vehicle details.

  3. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us for inspection

  4. Upon receipt, we will thoroughly examine the turbocharger to determine if it is a valid claim under warranty.

  5. If the turbocharger is deemed to be covered under warranty, we will either provide an exchange unit or repair the same unit, at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, we kindly advise you to begin by verifying your bank account and reaching out to your credit card company. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary, and it may take a while before the refund is officially reflected in your account. Furthermore, we recommend contacting your bank to inquire about any potential delays in the refund process. If you have diligently followed these steps and have not yet received your refund, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Items are eligible for exchange/replacement if they are still covered under our 1-year limited warranty policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
